Experteer Overview

In this role, you drive the successful global implementation of the Navan travel and expense platform for Mid-Market customers. You will act as the program manager and technical liaison from contract to go-live and hypercare, coordinating with customers and internal teams to meet tight launch windows. You’ll train administrators and users, expand relationships within accounts, and advocate for customers to shape product and technical improvements. Your work accelerates onboarding, optimizes deployments, and enables customers to realize value quickly.

  • Lead and manage global implementations from contract signing to go-live and hypercare
  • Develop and maintain implementation plans; coordinate deliverables for timely, high-quality deployments
  • Collaborate with Sales, Technical Integrations, Product & Engineering, Finance, and Support to align on goals
  • Train program administrators and end users on Navan functionality
  • Build relationships across the customer organization to access decision-makers and multiple champions
  • Act as voice of the customer, providing feedback for product/technical improvements
  • Identify opportunities to streamline onboarding processes and share best practices
  • Travel to customer sites as required

Tasks

  • years in Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles with complex projects
  • Experience managing Mid-Market SaaS or technology platform implementations
  • Strong communication, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven track record of high performance and customer success
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements
  • Experience with ERP or financial software (e.g., Netsuite, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferable
